Welcome to the Door Tailor website. These terms govern your use of our site and its services.

these terms, as well as our Product Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, both of which
are fully incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of

This Agreement is a binding contract between you and Door Tailor LLC ("Door Tailor," "we," or
"us"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your
continued use of the site after any changes constitutes your full acceptance of the revised
Terms.

site, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. Any

survive termination.

5. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Door Tailor and its affiliates harmless from any and all
claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
● Your use of the site.
● Your breach of these Terms.
● Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property.
● Any misleading, false, or inaccurate information you provide.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The site and all services are provided on an "as-is," "where-is" and "as-available" basis.
We do not offer any warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose. We do not guarantee the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. Any
content downloaded from our site is at your own risk.
In no event will Door Tailor be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or
punitive damages, including lost profits or data, regardless of the cause. Our maximum
aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed $1,000.

7. Dispute Resolution
Please read this section carefully, as it affects your legal rights.
● Initial Resolution: You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute or claim directly with
us through good-faith negotiation for at least thirty (30) days by emailing
support@doortailor.com.
● Confidential Mediation: If negotiation fails, both parties agree to participate in
confidential mediation through Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS) in
Houston, Texas. The costs will be shared equally.
● Binding Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute will be resolved through confidential,
binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Houston, Texas, in accordance with their
Streamlined Arbitration Rules & Procedures.
● Class Action Waiver: Both you and Door Tailor agree that any arbitration will be
conducted on an individual basis only. You expressly waive your right to file a class
action or seek relief on a class basis. If a court finds this waiver unenforceable, the
arbitration provision will be void.
● Exclusive Venue: Any litigation not subject to arbitration will be handled exclusively in
the state and federal courts of Harris County, Houston, Texas. You waive any right to a
jury trial in these legal proceedings.

8. Miscellaneous
● Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
● No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that or
any other provision.

● Electronic Signatures: You agree that electronic signatures, including those provided

provisions will remain in full force and effect.
