Product Terms & Conditions
Door Tailor LLC ("Door Tailor," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to providing our customers
("Customer(s)," "your," or "you") with exceptional iron and steel doors, windows, and other
premium products ("Product(s)"). We believe that a successful partnership is built on clear
communication and mutual understanding. By placing an order with us, you are acknowledging
and accepting these Product Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). Please review them
carefully.
1. General Product Information
Each of our products is a work of art, hand-forged, welded, and finished by skilled artisans at
our overseas factory. As such, minor variations are a natural and expected part of the
handcrafting process and are not considered defects. The very nature of iron and steel
includes subtle imperfections, and we embrace these unique characteristics. Rest assured, all
materials and finishes meet industry standards for quality and durability.
Please understand that over time, your Product will develop a natural patina from exposure to
the elements and regular use. This aging process is an organic part of owning a hand-forged
iron product and is not a defect covered by this Agreement.
We reserve the right to make improvements or changes to product specifications, designs, and
options at any time without prior notice.
2. Warranties and Disclaimers
Door Tailor provides a limited warranty for Products purchased through our website, covering
them against certain manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt.
This warranty is subject to the specific exclusions and limitations detailed in this section.
To initiate a warranty claim, you must submit photos of the Product along with a brief description
of the alleged defect via email. Our customer service team will assess the information and, in
our sole discretion, determine if the claim is covered by this policy. If the defect is deemed valid,
we will replace the defective Product or its parts.
Our warranty does not cover the cost of labor or materials for the removal, re-palletizing, or
reinstallation of Products. These related expenses, including any finish work such as flooring,
paint, or drywall, are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
● Glass Seal Warranty: We warranty the manufacturer's seal on our glass for one (1)
year from the date of delivery. If a seal defect occurs within this period, we will replace
and install the glass panel at no cost to you. If a defect occurs between one (1) and two
(2) years, we will provide the replacement glass at no charge, but all installation costs
will be your responsibility. Beyond two years, any costs related to glass seal defects are
the Customer's sole responsibility. This warranty does not cover other glass issues such
as scratches, breaks, or damage from chemical cleaners.
● Finish Warranty: Our finish is warranted against peeling or fading for one (1) year from

8. Cold Weather Disclaimer
Due to their construction, our iron doors may be subject to thermal transfer in extreme cold
conditions (below 25°F), which can cause condensation on the interior. This condensation, if not

not a product defect.
